Nienburg suffers from a medical condition and could be disoriented. He is a 79-year-old male, 5 foot 8 inches tall, weights 170 pounds, with blue eyes, and is balding. He was last seen wearing a burgundy jacket. He may be driving a 1985 Ford Ranger with a licence plate number of 2N27462.
