Coroner Releases Man Of Man Killed In RV Fire

The Shasta County Coroner’s Office has released the name of a man who died in a motor home jammed with his belongings in South Redding Tuesday night. Redding firefighters were dispatched at around 11:30PM after an explosion was reported next to a warehouse in the area of Branstetter Circle and Branstetter Lane. They found an RV fully involved in fire. After knocking down the flames firefighters entered the RV and found 62-year-old Daniel Koslosky dead. Koslosky was apparently known to be a hoarder, had a history of medical problems, and was a heavy smoker. The cause of the fire remains under investigation. Investigators do not suspect foul play.
