The CHP made a big cocaine bust last week in Siskiyou County. At 2:40PM Friday afternoon a CHP Officer in the Grenada area spotted a Chevy Malibu moving down Interstate 5 at over a hundred miles an hour, so he pulled it over. The driver was a 26-year-old man from Renton, Washington and he had two passengers, a 21-year-old woman and her 5-year-old daughter. They were detained as the car was searched. Three packages were found, each containing a kilogram of cocaine, for a total of around 6.6 pounds.
