Deputies Seek Man After Robbery In Grenada

The Siskiyou County Sheriff’s Office has identified two Weed residents as suspects in the strong arm robbery of a gas station in Grenada. At 7:45PM Christmas Eve a customer at the “3 J’s” Shell Station lunged across the counter and grabbed cash from the open register drawer. The clerk tried to stop him but she was unable to and the man ran out with the money. Sheriff’s office investigators reviewed video surveillance and apparently recognized the robber as 26-year-old Daniel Cazorla. Just before the incident the man was seen outside the store speaking with a woman who’s believed to be 23-year-old Megan Jones. Cazorla is wanted for robbery, while Jones is wanted for questioning. Their photos are on our Facebook page.
