Neighborhood Unit Continues To Target Drug Dealers

Redding’s Neighborhood Police Unit say they’ve busted two drug dealers in the last two days. On Wednesday a search warrant was served on 55-year-old John Ollison, who was accused of selling Heroin in the downtown area. About 2 ounces of Heroin, along with scales, packaging materials and money, was allegedly found in his apartment and he was booked into jail. On Thursday officers staked out Trinity Street and say they watched 39-year-old Dejon Patterson make repeated hand-to-hand transactions.  They detained him and found he’s on probation so they searched and allegedly found Methamphetamine and Marijuana for sale. He also was booked into jail.
