Rash Of Burglaries Reported At Anderson High School

Burglars have been hitting Anderson High School. On January 4th someone broke into the Anderson High School football locker room and stole computer equipment, projectors and clothing that belonged to the football team. On Wednesday of this week at 2:20AM Anderson Police responded for a burglar alarm at the Anderson Union High School District office. Officers got there within two minutes but the thief had apparently already left. Two people were stopped on their way out of the parking lot but officers eventually determined that they were uninvolved. They apparently witnessed the burglar when he made his getaway and they described an early 2000’s model Ford Mustang, flat or primer black paint with chrome rims. It was being driven by a slim white man. Several buildings had been broken into and a laptop computer was taken. Additional security measures are going into place at Anderson High.
