Following his evacuation from the Butte County Jail in Oroville, an accused killer had a court appearance Thursday. 30-year-old Kane Kazzcooper Harrison, AKA “Rage”, is accused of murdering Randall Matsunaga. The 24-year-old man was shot in the chest at the Bixby Knolls trailer park off Highway 273 just north of Happy Valley Road on February First. Harrison was captured last Saturday in the Butte County town of Clipper Mills, where his girlfriend’s family lives. He’s charged with murder, being a felon with a firearm and enhancement for use of the gun. He’s expected to enter a plea on Tuesday. Bail is set at $2 Million.
