A child was seized and 4 people were arrested after a search warrant was served at a Red Bluff home. Red Bluff Police, Tehama County D.A. Investigators, the Probation Department and the CHP were all involved in the raid Thursday of a home on Cedar Street. They didn’t find drugs as they expected, but they reportedly found hypodermic syringes, glass Meth pipes and other paraphernalia throughout the home. Three house guests -Monica Souza, Timothy Jones and Michael Holmes- all had outstanding warrants and were arrested. The resident of the home, 26-year-old Sara Souza was arrested for maintaining a place where drugs are used and felony child endangerment. A child was taken into custody by Tehama County Social Services.
