A young Red Bluff man is facing very serious charges after being arrested for having sex with underage girls. Red Bluff Police were talking to a 15-year-old girl about a runaway investigation when she told them she had been in a sexual relationship with 19-year-old Bradley Carroll. He’s also accused of having sex with a 16-year-old, and he allegedly gave drugs to both girls. Carroll has been booked into jail on six different felony charges, with bail set at $850,000.
