There are various storm-related power outages around the North State. 85 homes have lost power in Cottonwood south of Gas Point Road in the area of Charles and Greengate, and another half dozen off Bowman Road. 20 PG&E customers are without electricity in Happy Valley north of Happy Valley Elementary School. There are some isolated outages just east of Redding as well. In most of the cases damage has been discovered and repairs are underway, with restoration estimated for midday.
