A wanted sex offender on the run has been captured in Tehama County. Parole officials had sent out a bulletin hoping to find 29-year-old Robert Michael Burden was wanted for parole violations. Last Thursday evening at 6:15 Tehama County Deputies found burden in the parking lot of Saint Elizabeth Hospital in Red Bluff. He took off running but a K-9 was sent after him and took him down. Burden is being held without bail.
