A Red Bluff man will have to register as an arsonist for the rest of his life after a revenge fire against his landlord. 36-year-old David Bell got kicked out of his apartment for being belligerent. A short time after his eviction, Bell set fire to a pickup truck that was in the driveway. In addition to having to register as an arson offender, Bell has been sentenced to 6 months in jail, 80 hours community service, and 5 years probation.
