A local Native American tribe is opening a substance abuse rehab. The Redding Rancheria Recovery Center will treat alcoholism, prescription opioid addiction and heroin addiction. They’ll utilize the Suboxone medication therapy and behavioral health therapy to help patients shake their addictions. They accept Medi-Cal and partnership health plans. Located at 3184 Churn Creek Road, the rehab’s grand opening is Thursday.
