A Tehama County man has been sentenced for a Butane Honey Oil lab that apparently wasn’t his. He was just the host. Tehama County District Attorney Investigators were searching a property looking for evidence of drug dealing. Rodolfo Manuel Santiago happened to have a key to a trailer on the property and inside that trailer was found a loaded shotgun, brass knuckles, 3 pounds of Marijuana, 29 cans of Butane and all the equipment to make a Butane Honey Oil lab. Convicted of maintaining a place for drugs and being an accessory after the fact, Santiago has been sentenced to 4 months in jail, 80 hours community service and 5 years probation.
