Sheriff’s Office Releases Name Of Man Killed By Train

The name of a man who was killed by a train in Red Bluff Monday morning has been released by the Tehama County Sheriff’s Office. Red Bluff Police were called shortly after 10AM to the tracks north of Oak Street between Madison and Monroe. A bystander was already on scene and had been attempting CPR until officers took over. The man could not be revived. He’s identified as 53-year-old Kevin Staudinger of Corning. The death has been ruled accidental.
