An attempted murder is being investigated in Eastern Siskiyou County. Just before 2 O’clock Wednesday morning a woman in Dorris reported that someone had stabbed her son in the chest. The victim was transported by ambulance to a Klamath Falls hospital. The suspects are described as a man and a woman, possibly Native American, with one of them wearing a hat with feathers. They fled in a white or silver 4-door car, possibly a Pontiac. The sheriff’s office has been interviewing possible witnesses. The identity of the victim has not been released.
