A homeless Tehama County sex offender has a place to stay for a while. 48-year-old Daryl Paul Shreve is required to register as a sex offender every 30 days. After failing to make two of his updates in time, Shreve was arrested by Red Bluff Police on July 6th. He’s been sentenced to 4 years in state prison.
