Two Sentenced For Tehama County Honey Oil Operation

A Red Bluff couple was making butane honey oil in their children’s bedroom. 33-year-old Michael Martinez and 24-year-old Angelica Pulham were arrested July 10th when Tehama Interagency Drug Enforcement Agents and Red Bluff Police served a search warrant at their home. They found 6 pounds of low-grade marijuana and all the equipment to turn it into hash oil using the very volatile butane method that’s resulted in a number of deadly explosions in Northern California. Martinez has been sentenced to 240 days in jail, 80 hours community service and 5 years probation with a suspended sentence of more than 6 years in prison that he may have to serve if he violates probation. Pulham has been sentenced to 210 days in jail and 5 years probation.
