A Red Bluff woman was reportedly chased in a stolen car by Redding Police Sunday night. Just after 11 O’clock an RPD Officer saw a stolen Honda Civic on Highway 273 near Westwood Drive and tried to pull it over. The driver fled into Westwood Manor and tried to lose the officer, then returned to the highway and headed south. When she tried to turn onto Happy Valley Road she lost control and spun out. The officer then ended the chase by ramming the Honda. 31-year-old Tara Christine Mosier was taken into custody and the Honda, which had minor damage, was returned to its owner.
