Several Arrested After Drugs Reportedly Found At A Red Bluff Motel

A traffic stop outside a Red Bluff motel led to a drug bust inside one of the rooms. A little before Noon Saturday Red Bluff Police stopped a car as it was leaving the Vagabond Inn on Main Street. That led them to suspect drug activity at the motel so the problem oriented policing unit spoke with the motel owners and their investigation eventually led them to a room that was rented by 30-year-old Shannon Long, who had an outstanding warrant for her arrest. There were two other people in the room with her, including 52-year-old Ricky Eusted, who had a felony warrant for drug dealing. He was detained and found to be in possession of a large amount of cash. Officers say they got consent to search the room and found an ounce of methamphetamine, 9 grams of heroin and evidence of sales. The rooms occupants were arrested and the investigation was turned over to Tehama Interagency Drug Enforcement.
