A new medical and housing facility in East Redding will help vulnerable and homeless people. Hill Country Clinic has unveiled plans to build the Center For Hope to serve patients with complex medical, mental health, and social challenges that make it difficult to maintain stable housing. The new center will be a full service medical facility including housing, medical and dental care, a pharmacy, and counseling services. The McConnell Foundation has donated six acres of land for the facility that will begin construction next year and should open in 2020.
