A local healthcare provider has gotten a financial boost for its mental health and drug abuse program. Hill Country Community Clinic, based in Round Mountain since 1985, is a non-profit organization providing a variety of health services to patients regardless of their ability to pay. They recently opened the “CARE” Center in Downtown Redding to offer immediate access for mental health issues. The availability of professional and compassionate treatment makes it much more likely for those needing help to seek it.
