A Red Bluff child rapist will probably spend the remainder of days behind bars. 53-year-old David Eric Rios entered guilty pleas Wednesday on two counts of aggravated sexual assault of a child under the age of 14 and one count of forcible lewd acts on a child. He had previously faced more than 20 counts in the case. He was arrested in December of last year by Red Bluff Police and has been jailed ever since on $5 Million bail. As part of his plea deal, on December 4th Rios will be sentenced to 40 years to life in state prison.
