Police in Anderson spent Halloween night haunting some of the city’s registered sex offenders. A compliance sweep was done, confirming that 19 of the convicted sex offenders were following the rules of their registration. Two offenders had moved without notice and charges will be filed against them. Two arrests of registrants were made. 39-year-old Jeremy Bingham and 58-year-old Rodney French both had misdemeanor warrants. Officers also happened upon a non-sex-offender, 25-year-old Alicia Bailey, who was arrested on a felony warrant.
