A Red Bluff domestic violence suspect is being held on bail of $2 Million. Last Saturday afternoon just before 3 O’clock Red Bluff Police were called to Givens Road by the victim. She told them her boyfriend, 36-year-old Miguel Angel Peralta, had beaten her and held her against her will. She had visible injuries and was transported to Saint Elizabeth Hospital to be treated. Peralta had fled but was apprehended later in the day by deputies in Glenn County. He was booked into Tehama County Jail on several felony charges, including attempted murder, false imprisonment and dissuading a witness.
