Woman Sentenced To 6 Months After Chase In Tehama County

A 49-year-old Corning woman has been sentenced for leading police on a chase in August. Tiffany Price was apparently upset after causing a disturbance at Jack-in-the-Box. A Corning Police Officer saw her driving on Highway 99-W and tried to pull her over but she sped up to 80 miles an hour and almost ran into a big rig.  She swerved around other cars, ran stop signs, and sped through residential neighborhoods before eventually surrendering. Price has been given a 6 month jail term and 5 years probation.
