Sacramento Gang Member Ordered To Stand Trial

A gang member from Sacramento has been ordered to stand trial for an incident involving an automatic weapon. In September Jermaine O’neill asked an Anderson woman to drive him to Sacramento. As they were en route, O’neill allegedly pulled out AR-15 fully automatic rifle and pointed it at the driver’s head. He also is accused of taking her cell phone to prevent her from calling for help. O’neil’s preliminary hearing was Tuesday and he was ordered to stand trial in January on ten felony charges, including kidnapping.
