Local Law Enforcement Targets “Quality Of Life” Crimes

Redding Police were joined by other agencies as they made a sweep Thursday of what they call “quality of life” crimes. With a major focus on trails and parks, officers were joined by Anderson Police, Sheriff’s Deputies, the District Attorney’s Office, CHP and Redding Fire.  The sweep began at 5 O’clock Thursday morning and continued for 24 hours. Final numbers on arrests and seizures are expected to be released sometime Friday.
