Man Arrested For 32nd Time Since 2009

A man who was confronted by a frightened homeowner apparently claimed the home was his, according to Redding Police. Officers were called to a home on Greenstone Place about 1:10PM Friday afternoon. Apparently 28-year-old Shadoe Rivers Sanders walked into the woman’s home through a garage and as the homeowner confronted him, he claimed the home was his. He fled the home with some goods before officers arrived. A search was done and about 2 hours later, Sanders was found walking back to the woman’s home. Police say he had a large metal pipe. He was detained and police say that he admitted to going to the home earlier in the day. He believed the home was his and he was going back to confront the woman and force her to leave her home. Sanders was booked into Shasta County Jail, marking the 32nd time he’s been arrested since 2009.
