The Shasta County Coroners Office has identified the man who was killed by a wrong way driver on Interstate 5 on Sunday, and the CHP says that the woman driving the wrong way may have been suicidal. 29-year-old Ryan John Folsom of San Antonio Texas died as the result of injuries he suffered in the crash on Southbound I-5 north of the Riverside exit. The CHP says that 28-year-old Grace Elizabeth Ward was driving a Chevy Impala northbound in the southbound lanes. Folsom was headed south and could not avoid a collision. The CHP says that initial reports are indicating that Ward may have been suicidal, but the crash remains under investigation.
