A Red Bluff man is being held in Tehama County Jail on 3.6 Million Dollars bail following his arrest on child sexual abuse charges. 50-year-old Raymond Cruz was arrested January 5th at La Corona Restaurant in Red Bluff. He was arraigned last Wednesday on a long list of charges involving the violent sexual abuse of a child under the age of 14. He’s accused of abusing the same child continuously for a decade.
