A former Tehama County man has been arrested in Indiana for alleged sex crimes against a child that occurred in Red Bluff, according to the Corning Observer. 42-year-old Santos Portillo-Guzman was arrested in Indiana on December 11th and is now behind bars at the Tehama County Jail. He is accused of of sexually abusing at least one child under the age of 14 who he is related to between January of 2013 and November of 2014. Guzman lived in Red Bluff at the time of the alleged abuse and had moved to Indiana previous to the allegations being reported to police.
