A woman who was driving the wrong way on Interstate Five and crashed head-on into another vehicle killing the driver has been arrested on murder charges, according to the CHP. On January 7th 28-year-old Grace Elizabeth Ward was driving a Chevy Impala northbound in the southbound lanes near the Riverside exit. Her vehicle crashed into a southbound vehicle driven by 29-year-old Ryan John Folsom of San Antonio Texas. Folsom died at the hospital following the crash, and Ward suffered a broken leg.
