Man Arrested On Felony Charges After Alleged Assault

A Fullerton man is accused of attacking another man at a Corning laundromat, according to the Corning Observer. 45-year-old James Hernandez was arrested last Thursday. He was at the Quick Clean Laundry on Solano Street when he allegedly attacked the victim with a broken bottle before pulling out a handgun and threatening to shoot the man. The victim said he then tucked the gun into the back of his pants and walked away down Toomes Avenue. That’s where Corning Police found Hernandez and booked him into jail on several felony charges. The victim was apparently injured by the bottle but declined medical attention.
