Staff at the Mount Shasta Ski Park are hopeful that another Winter storm will roll in and save the season for them. After briefly opening in late January, the park has been forced to close again for lack of snow. The park has been manufacturing their own snow to add to the natural snowpack, but they can’t manufacture nearly enough on their own to remain open. For now, they’re standing by and watching the sky.
