A Cottonwood man who repeatedly and continuously raped children has been given a lengthy prison sentence. 24-year-old Ryan Anthony Hill was arrested last April. He committed violent sexual acts against 2 victims under the age of ten over the course of 6 months. He’s been sentenced to 45 years to life in state prison.
