Police Seek Man After Stabbing In Downtown Redding

Redding Police are seeking a man suspected of stabbing another man Thursday night in Downtown Redding. At 11:30AM Keith Allen Jackson walked into the Shasta Regional Medical Center emergency room suffering from a stab wound to his lower torso. The 27-year-old homeless man, who goes by the nickname “Havoc”, told police he had been arguing with 26-year-old Colten Thomas Carrell in the downtown parking structure off California Street. He said when he started to walk away, Carrell stabbed him. Carrell is also homeless. He’s a white man, 5-foot-11 and 150 pounds with black hair and hazel eyes.
