Annual EEO Public File Report
The purpose of this EEO Public File Report (“Report”) is to comply with Section 73.2080(c)(6)
of the FCC’s 2002 EEO Rule. This Report has been prepared on behalf of the Station Employment Unit
that is comprised of the above stations: This report is required to be placed in the public inspection files
of these stations, and posted on their websites, if they have websites.
The information contained in this Report covers the time period beginning February 1, 2018 to
and including January 31, 2019 during the Applicable Period.
The FCC’s 2002 EEO Rule requires that this Report contain the following information:
1. A list of all full-time vacancies filled by the Station(s) comprising the Station Employment Unit
during the Applicable Period;
2. For each such vacancy, the recruitment source(s) utilized to fill the vacancy (including, if applicable,
organizations entitled to notification pursuant to Section 73.2080(c)(1)(ii) of the new EEO Rule,
which should be separately identified), identified by name, address, contact person and telephone
number;
3. The recruitment source that referred the hiree for each full-time vacancy during the Applicable
Period;
4. Data reflecting the total number of persons interviewed for full-time vacancies during the Applicable
Period and the total number of interviewees referred by each recruitment source utilized in connection
with such vacancies; and
5. A list and brief description of the initiatives undertaken pursuant to Section 73.2080(c)(2) of the FCC
rules.
Appendices 1, 2 and 3 which follow have been designed, in the aggregate, to provide the required
information. Please note that the numbers listed on Appendix 2 under the column entitled “Full-time
Positions for Which This Source Was Utilized” refer to the number of the full-time job positions listed on
Appendix 1.

Section 3: Supplemental (Non-Vacancy Specific) Recruitment Activities Undertaken by
I. Participation In Job Fairs or Career Fairs:
February 2018: Lagniappe-Monroe stations KMYY, KZRZ, KXRR and KNNW participated in The
Monroe Chamber of Commerce job fair. As part of the job fair numerous Lagniappe-Monroe employees manned a Lagniappe-Monroe booth to represent our stations and speak with attendees about careers in radio. Employment applications were on hand for all attendees. As part of our partnership with the Chamber, Lagniappe-Monroe aired 100 commercials for the job fair on all four of our stations KMYY, KXRR, KNNW AND KZRZ.
July 2018: Lagniappe-Monroe stations KMYY, KZRZ, KXRR and KNNW participated in
The City of West Monroe and West Monroe/West Ouachita Chamber of Commerce’s Business Expo. As part of the job expo, numerous Lagniappe-Monroe employees manned a Lagniappe-Monroe booth to represent our stations and speak with attendees about careers in radio. Employment applications were on hand
for all attendees. As part of our partnership with the city and chambers, Lagniappe-Monroe aired
100 commercials for the career fair on all four of our stations KMYY, KXRR, KNNW AND KZRZ.
II. Participation In Activities And Events Or Programs Sponsored By Educational
Institutions Relating To Career Opportunities In Broadcasting.
April and September 2018: employee Greg Gallien, on air announcer at Lagniappe-Monroe stations KMYY,
KXRR, KZRZ, KNNW gave two presentations at McCann School of Business Tech. The focus of the
presentation was to inform to students the opportunities available in the broadcast industry including staffing, advertising, on air positions, promotions and career opportunities. Gallien also described the various positions most in demand in the radio industry.
III. On-Going Internship Program for Area College Students (§73.2080(c)(2)(v)).
This is an on-going university internship program. The station welcomes students from area
universities and colleges who are motivated and excited about expanding their knowledge and
hands-on experience in the broadcast industry. Students must be enrolled in a program related to
the broadcasting industry, and their internship must be endorsed, supported, and constantly
monitored by the sponsoring university. Students are rewarded with course credit hours upon
completion of the semester-long program. Internship periods include Fall and Spring semesters.
The Internship program is 150 hours for a semester of credit.  Lagniappe-Monroe hosted one intern in the time period covered by this report.  She came from Grambling State University.
