Two men were injured at a home in Rancho Tehama Reserve when they got in a fight over the bathroom. 44-year-old Johnny House is the boyfriend of 27-year-old Michael Caddell’s mother. The two live in separate mobile homes on the same Rancho Tehama property, but they apparently share a bathroom, and got into a fight about bathroom time limits. It was Caddell who called Tehama County Sheriff Deputies, to report that House had shot him with a pellet rifle. House admitted to shooting Caddell, saying he had to defend himself against the younger man when he was threatened with a knife. House was also injured, suffering lacerations to his face. There were no witnesses and neither man has been arrested.
