A stolen car was recovered in Redding Saturday evening after the owner spotted it being driven on Twin View Boulevard. Redding Police responded along with a CHP helicopter. The helicopter crew spotted the car pulling into the Ramada Inn and they watched from the air as the driver parked and walked inside. Police surrounded the building and started a search until 30-year-old Charles Golonka of Fort Jones tried to leave. He was detained on felony warrants and eventually booked into jail for the stolen car.
