An alleged burglar got nothing but arrested early Tuesday morning. At 2:38AM Redding Police responded to an alarm at the Law Office of Rodney Key on West Street. A locked shed had been forced open. Video surveillance shows the suspect breaking open the door, seeing nothing of interest inside, and running away. 36-year-old Kyle York was arrested a short distance away and booked for attempted burglary and 7 outstanding failure to appear warrants from cases involving vandalism, drugs, and resisting arrest.
