Man With High BAC Convicted Of Multiple DUI’s

A man may face prison time after being convicted of two DUI’s committed within a few months of each other. On Thursday of last week a Shasta County jury found Gary William Kenerson guilty of driving under the influence of alcohol with priors. The conviction was from an arrest made last august by Redding Police, when Kenerson was found to have a blood alcohol level of .18%. Wednesday a second Shasta County jury found Kenerson guilty in a different drunk driving case from his arrest just last month when Redding Police found him to have a blood alcohol level of .19%. His sentencing has not yet been scheduled. He’ll face sentencing enhancements for having prior DUI convictions and for having a high blood alcohol level.
