Man Who Admitted To Selling Drugs For A Living Sentenced To Prison

A Corning man is going to prison for repeatedly thumbing his nose at the law. 46-year-old Jon Paul Lareau was arrested multiple times and probation searches at his house showed he was dealing Methamphetamine. In fact, he admitted to buying and selling drugs for a living. On one of those visits to his home a stolen car was found parked in the driveway, which he had been driving. After being released on his own recognizance, Lareau failed to appear in court. While he was free, he and another man cut locks on a gate and a barn door and stole a new Kubota tractor. Lareau has been sentenced to 14 years in state prison.
