On April Second of last year Tehama County Deputies were called to a homeless encampment on Spider Island in the Sacramento River Slough north of Antelope Boulevard. When they arrived they found 39-year-old Harvey Guy McGlothin deceased, and 20-year-old Jesse Jesus Jacobo was actively trying to hide the body.
