A man from Washington State was badly hurt when he crashed his motorcycle near Shasta Dam Monday night. A little after 6 O’clock the unidentified 56-year-old man from Walla Walla was southbound on Lake Boulevard south of Kennett Road. The CHP says he was riding his 2004 Harley Davidson too fast when he failed to make it around a right curve in the roadway. He was ejected and hit the ground hard. He was transported to Mercy Hospital with major injuries
