A Red Bluff man is accused of molesting a young family member. Red Bluff Police were called to an Alder Street home Thursday, where they arrested 22-year-old Logan Westfall for several alleged sexual offences against an 8-year-old child. Westfall was booked into Tehama County Jail with bail set at $3 Million.
