In the wee hours of Saturday morning, Redding Police did a sweep of what they call “quality of life” crimes. Between 4 and 5AM, officers awoke homeless people in South City Park and around businesses on Favretto Avenue. 31 citations were written and 3 misdemeanor arrests were made.
