Teen Taken Into Custody For Convenience Store Shooting

An arrest has been made in Monday night’s shooting at an East Redding convenience store. Just before 10 O’clock, 18-year-old Tristen Vandenburgh was in a dispute with a man at the Circle K at Hartnell and Churn Creek. The argument ended with Vandenburgh getting shot twice. He then drove himself to Mercy Medical Center, where two bullets were removed. He’s since been released from the hospital.
