NPU Locates 2 People With Felony Warrants

When a bad guy gives the cops a fake name, it’s best to give them the name of a good guy. On Thursday Redding’s Neighborhood Police Unit was patrolling Westwood Manor in South Redding when they saw a man and woman acting suspiciously near Meadowbrook Drive and Westside Road. When asked their names, the man apparently claimed the identity of a man who happens to have felony warrants out for his arrest. His real identity was eventually determined to be 41-year-old Joshua Isaacson, who is on post release supervision. He was searched and allegedly was in possession of 4 grams of Methamphetamine, a digital scale and a .22 caliber revolver. The woman, 34-year-old Ashley Winters, had a felony warrant and a misdemeanor warrant. They were both booked into jail.
