A body found near Kids Kingdom on Sunday has been identified as a missing Redding man. Somebody was walking west of Enterprise Park Sunday afternoon when he spotted the badly decomposed body in Clear Creek. The Shasta County Coroner’s Office says the body was 34-year-old Robert Dee Miller. His family has been notified. The coroner’s office will try to determine how Miller died. Redding Police are investigating as well.
